S.T.A.Y

This poem is a reminiscent of my crazy trip to Bali. The trip was so special to me because it was the very first time I travel far away from home on my own. I had great time and so much fun there. It taught me that one need to be solitude sometimes so he can have quality time for himself to contemplate and think about his existence ;)

I wanna stay a little bit longer here
To see the world on my own
I wanna stay & sit on this shore
To breathe the sea air through the rolling waves
As the sun goes down over the glittering ocean
I wanna run & scream as loud as I can along this coast
To cast all the void I've been hiding in me
To bear a hope I'll find the one I love so dearly someday
Just let me be here any longer
I wanna lay down under the horizon
And stay true to myself
